Our team are very excited to have five nominations at the 2021 Insider Dealmakers Awards.

The shortlist for the prestigious 2021 Insider Dealmakers Awards has been unveiled and the Provantage team are thrilled to be nominated no less than five times. The categories in which we have been nominated are:

• Dealmaker of the year – David Browne

• Corporate Finance Advisory Team

• Emerging Dealmaker – Alex Thompson

• Deal of the Year (SME) – Sale of Xenogesis to Sygnature Discovery

• Deal of the Year (SME) – Sale of Total Community Care to City & County Healthcare

Recognising the wealth of talent in our region, the awards bring together lawyers, accountants, bankers, and financiers across the East Midlands to celebrate the top dealmakers and deals over the past year.
