We are so pleased to have won four awards at this years’ and inaugural East Midlands Rainmakers Awards, including:

We are particularly proud of the ‘Corporate Finance Advisory Team of the Year’ award as this recognition highlights our culture, focus on outcomes and a mix of experience, flexibility and agility delivered in a practical and commercial way. The ‘International Deal of the Year’ and ‘Large Deal of the Year‘ relates to the landmark sale of Serif to Canva, a deal that exemplifies the skill, strategy, and expertise our team bring to every transaction and our capacity to move quickly and deal with large complex and cross-border transactions.

This was one of the most significant tech deals in the UK this year and underpins our expertise in international and large transactions. A further Provantage deal shortlisted for International Deal of the Year was the sale of Riverside Medical Packaging to France based and Private Equity backed Sterimed, adding to the growing tally of our deals involving Private Equity.

Amanda Betts has also been named ‘Rising Star of the Year’.  This prestigious recognition celebrates Amanda’s exceptional talent, dedication, and significant contributions to the corporate finance industry.
