Provantage originate H2 Equity Partners investment in RAM Tracking

Provantage Corporate Finance is proud to have originated and to be lead adviser to the shareholders of RAM Tracking, a leading supplier of Telematics, on securing an investment from H2 Equity Partners alongside the founder and management team.
Headquartered in Leeds, RAM is a market-leading telematics business with operations in the UK and Canada. Its unique and innovative SaaS proposition provides its predominantly SME client-base with a wealth of valuable data and reporting to help manage their fleets more efficiently. The business has grown significantly in recent years and today has over 85,000 vehicle tracking devices and cameras installed under multi-year contracts, with payment taken via monthly direct debit.
Following H2’s investment, the founder and former owner of RAM, Chris McClellan, will remain involved as a significant shareholder and non-executive director. Management, led by Nick McClellan, Scott Chesworth, and Anders Liljendahl, will closely work with H2 to deliver RAM’s ambitious growth strategy and ensure it continues to provide excellent service and innovation to its client-base.
This transaction was originated and led by Provantage Corporate Finance – David Browne and Sally Saunders as advisers to the shareholders of RAM.
