Provantage Corporate Finance advises ERP Solutions company, Prima Solutions on its sale to Aptean

Provantage are excited to announce that we have been lead-advisers to the shareholders of Prima Solutions, the UK’s leading provider of business-critical ERP software, on their sale to Aptean, a global provider of mission-critical enterprise software solutions.

Headquartered in Leicester, Prima Solutions provides highly – scalable, modular ERP software across all major markets of the apparel industry including clothing, footwear, work, and corporate wear, school wear, sportswear, bags, accessories, and homeware. Prima accommodates product design to manufacture across the UK and overseas for companies with complex global supply chains and multi-channel and omni-channel sales and distribution

This acquisition will see John Norman, who co-founded Prima in 1991, move away from his role of Chairman within the business.

They see this acquisition as a strategic step to growing their business with Apparel companies in the UK and Europe. Aptean is one of the world’s leading providers of industry-specific software, world-class products, and services that assist customers in effectively running and growing their businesses. In total, Aptean’s solutions are used by over 10,000 customers around the world. With both cloud and on-premise deployment options.

This transaction was originated and led by Provantage Corporate Finance –Sally Saunders and Amanda Betts as advisers to the shareholders of Prima Solutions.
