Provantage is excited to announce that we have been lead advisers to the shareholders of Datapath Group, a global leader in the design and development of video walls, multiscreen displays, and control room solutions.
Headquartered in Derby with global operations, Datapath has developed a market-leading hardware and software product suite for the delivery of multi-screen displays and video walls with customers in more than 100 countries.
The transaction includes the exit of Foresight Group, a leading infrastructure and private equity investment manager which continues to be one of the most active investors in smaller companies, having completed more than 90 investments in 2022 and several exciting exits.

This transaction was led by Provantage Corporate Finance – Sally Saunders and Amanda Betts advising the shareholders of Datapath Group.
