Provantage Corporate Finance, a leading corporate finance firm in the Midlands, is pleased to have advised on the disposal of Alpha Instrumatics, a world market leader in the design and manufacture of devices for high-precision measurement of moisture found in gases, to Halma, a global group of life-saving technology companies.
Alpha Instrumatics’ advanced trace moisture analysis enables safer industrial operations, more efficient hydrocarbon transfer, and more accurate detection of pollutants. The group’s devices are used in growth markets including the industrial gas and aerospace markets, as well as aligned to the energy transition.
