Provantage Corporate Finance are delighted to be the lead advisors on the disposal of Riverside Medical Packaging, a leading supplier of sterilisation packaging services to PE backed Sterimed Infection Control, based in France.
Riverside is a leading UK provider of tailored contract packing services for the medical device industry, housing 12 cleanrooms with significant thermoforming production capabilities. Under the tradename Aseptic Medical Devices (AMD), the company has also very successfully developed multi-packed syringes and medical devices for hospital pharmacists and compounders.
This acquisition is very complementary to Sterimed’s existing operations and allows the group to further strengthen its service offering to medical device manufacturers. It also cements its strategic growth into pharma applications. The partnership with these prestigious medical packaging companies will give a global presence and create exciting new opportunities.
