Provantage Corporate Finance is delighted to announce that it has acted as the exclusive lead adviser to the shareholders of I Holland, the Nottingham-based specialist and world-leading manufacturer of premium tablet compression tooling, on the sale of an 85% stake to Lagercrantz Group AB, the Stockholm-listed industrial technology group
Founded 80 years ago, I Holland is the world’s longest established supplier of punches, dies and other critical products to tablet producers. In partnership with research institutions and scientists, I Holland creates innovative solutions for leading pharma companies in more than 100 countries
The partnership with Lagercrantz marks an exciting new chapter for this Nottingham business, and brings the financial backing, industrial expertise and international scale needed to accelerate the company’s plans for growth. With the support of Lagercrantz, I Holland will invest further in technology, expand its capabilities, and strengthen its presence across global markets – while maintaining the long-standing relationships that underpin its success
