We had an unsolicited approach and therefore I thought we were nearly at the finishing line however that was only the beginning. I was completely out of my comfort zone and yet I had total confidence that I was in good hands. I had great admiration for the focus and determination not only to drive the deal to completion but significantly improve the deal in the process
