The transaction was led on behalf of the sellers of Accrofab by Provantage Corporate Finance with legal advice from Flint Bishop and Geldards. Legal advice to Bromford Industries and Liberty Hall was provided by Gibson Dunn & Crutcher

Sally Saunders of Provantage said “We are privileged to have the opportunity to develop a strong relationship with the shareholders of Accrofab. We identified the commercial opportunity and exclusively introduced the parties to deliver a transaction which will benefit both the exiting shareholders and the strong management team who will be an integral part of the new group and continue the impressive level of growth”

In business I have always tried to invest in the people representing the service provider, getting to know and trust them is just as important as knowing the business they work for. Are they sincere? Do you like them? Could you trust them? Are they too pushy? Do they understand your business and your needs? Would they keep a promise? And so on

I found the Provantage team to be very knowledgeable and capable, open, communicative, empathetic and tenacious in brokering a deal that maximised fair value for all parties concerned. Sound advice was given based on years of experience – even if you don’t realise it at the time

Provantage’s ability to communicate effectively with Directors, Managers, Lawyers, Accountants and Tax experts of both the Seller and the Buyer was key to bringing the deal to a successful conclusion, whilst not overlooking any aspect or detail of the final sale agreement. Selling your business is not an easy thing to do successfully and without their advice, expertise and drive it would have been a lot more difficult have done
