Another keen athlete in our team to balance the beer drinkers!

Andy started his working life (wayyy back when) in Hospitality & Leisure, from lifeguard to operations manager he covered it all and along the way learned to wear whichever hat he needed to that day to keep the lights on and the club running – much like the varying demands placed on entrepreneurs running their business!

 His first venture into the world of finance was gaining his ACA chartership whilst training at a mid-tier accountancy firm with a focus on compliance for SME’s across a wide variety of sectors

Once qualified, Andy worked in house as a Financial Controller for a multi-national manufacturing business so understands the complexities and demands of group reporting and treasury management – as well as the politics that come with it!

Andy joined Provantage in 2020 having identified that lead advisory was what he had a real passion for and more importantly felt he could add real value with his unique combined experience in operations and finance

Andy has most recently lead on a number of complex transactions ultimately delivering exceptional results under some challenging circumstances requiring the full spectrum of the skillset developed over his career

Outside of work Andy is a proud Dad and when he can find the time is also an accomplished endurance athlete; with an Ironman under his belt as well as having represented his country on several occasions in Triathlon!
