Known for his personable and approachable style, Max supports clients on sell-side transactions with a particular focus on founder-led businesses. He has also gained experience on buy-side mandates, giving him a well-rounded perspective on how both buyers and sellers approach a deal

Prior to joining Provantage, Max worked as an M&A Analyst in Manchester, advising clients within the business services sector. He holds a 2:1 degree in Law from Leeds Beckett University and is currently studying towards the ACA qualification, continuing to develop his technical and advisory expertise within corporate finance

Outside of work, Max is a loyal – if occasionally let down – Manchester United supporter. Having recently returned from a seven month backpacking trip across Asia and South America, he now spends his time in the gym or hiking the Peaks, usually embracing the rain like a true Northerner
