This strategic deal brings together two ambitious, high-growth companies that are redefining how organisations develop talent blending smart technology with real human interaction

Trusted by global brands such as ASOS, Vodafone, Avon and the Scottish Government, Thrive continues to set the standard for modern workplace learning. The acquisition of Guider significantly enhances its offering – unlocking new markets in coaching and mentoring, while strengthening its platform with intelligent, people-powered upskilling capabilities

Guider’s AI-driven platform connects employees with experienced mentors and coaches, offering structured support across topics such as leadership, DEI, personal development, and career growth. The integration will allow Thrive to offer a seamless experience that blends digital learning with real human connection, supporting future-ready organisations at scale
