We are delighted that Provantage was announced winner of the prestigious ‘Corporate Finance Advisory Team of the Year’ at the Insider Dealmakers Awards 2022

The East Midlands Insider Dealmaker Awards celebrate professional advisory firms in the region who support businesses in M & A transactions. With such a high standard of firms in our region, the competition was tough. Dealmaker winners are selected by respected peers within the corporate finance community.

“Provantage knows what it feels like to be an entrepreneur and the challenges it faces,” according to one dealmaker who nominated the firm. “Provantage focuses on a small number of projects rather than a high-volume operation to ensure clients feel valued.”

Provantage was shortlisted in three separate categories, other nominations included:

• Deal of the Year (Above £10m) – sale of Ramtech Electronics to Halma
• Dealmaker of the Year – David Browne & Sally Saunders

This comes after two previous Dealmaker awards for Provantage including Dealmaker of the year (Sally Saunders) and Emerging Dealmaker of the year (Alex Thompson). Provantage is trusted and respected by its peers to advise shareholders and investors in a range of sectors, providing strategic advice on business sales, acquisitions, management buyouts, and raising equity finance.
